Welcome to my website, my name is Sara DaCosta and I am 50 years’ old.
I have always enjoyed all types of training but my absolute passion is Hiit, I love the euphoria you feel when you've trained against time, the explosiveness and diversification of the movements is astounding, the fact that you can switch the workouts up using the same piece of equipment means your workouts never tire.
I have trained all my life and finally bit the bullet and decided to take my PT & other Fitness exams before I hit 50 so I could legally carry out one of my passions.
I love working with the Youth and have a Youth Exercise Specialist Qualification plus I love Football, Tottenham Hotspur is my team of choice (don’t hold it against me (: ) so I added a Youth Soccer Strength and Conditioning Qualification to go along side that, I like to teach the youth how their bodies work , which foods fuel them and how their muscles change as they go through certain zones,
I work a lot with the “Believe – Achieve theory” and as I believe that the Mental goes hand in hand with the Physical that led me to complete both Life Coaching & Mindfulness Qualifications this year.
I started the beat to the Boot Camps whilst in Lockdown and I’m very blessed to say it has grown rapidly, I have all ages, sexes and all fitness levels attending together, I also have Pre & Post Natal Attendees, everyone is catered for in the same Camp, all exercises have different intensity levels and no one feels any kind of intimidation, I am lucky I have such a great bunch of “Campers” and everyone champions and encourages each other.
I spend a lot of time devising different work outs to keep the Camps fresh and also as I am an “Old School Raver “, the music for Camp is of upmost importance to me, so I’m extremely lucky to have Dave Reeves of Tenacious (Centreforce) making all my own Personal Beat to the Boot Camp mixes, they can be found in the Music section above and you can listen to them to fuel your own personal workouts as well.
I also Personal Train clients and work on a one-to-one, two-to-one or three-to-one basis and offer weight loss advice also.
